2. Connect power and Ethernet
Connect LionBox to your local switch or router, attach power and press the power button once. Wait for the ready indicator.
Ethernet gives you the simplest and most predictable first-time setup.
Step 03
3. Pair the administrator app
Open the LionBox mobile app, sign in and claim the nearby appliance. Pairing confirms who is allowed to administer the box.
The phone guides the technical steps in plain language.
Step 04
4. Configure the network and model
Confirm the office network, choose the compatible AI model and complete the guided installation from the app.
Model and software packages are transferred by the administrator rather than fetched by the appliance itself.
Step 05
5. Create team access
Add approved users, assign permissions and decide who can access or upload content to each company knowledge space.
Individual workspaces and private requests remain separated.
Step 06
6. Open the workspace and verify
On a computer connected to the same network, open lionbox.local, sign in and send a first test prompt.
Check system health in the app, then invite the rest of the team.
